Attaching emails to emails

How do you insert emails to a new email as an attachment in Outlook? I know
it can be done because somehow I did it at work. Thanks!!

Simply,

You can just drag and drop the email from the list (Inbox, Sent, Etc) onto
the new email.

Alternatly, if you wish to attach more than one email select the items,
using ctrl / shift selection and then
Actions
Forward.

This will attach the emails for you. But will only work if you have more
than one item selected.

Have Fun,

Paul Mac.

Sorry about the long response time Paul. Thanks for your suggestion, but my
Office 2003 will not allow me to drag the message into a new message. As
soon as I would click on the message I want to insert, the new message window
clicked off. At work, I simply go to the "Insert" tab and click on "Item"
and then click on the email I want to insert. But in my Outlook version, I
do not have the option of iserting an item.

I did finally find the answer to my question in Outlook help under "save an
item as a file". Click on the email to be attached. Under file, click on
"Save As", under file type save as "Outlook Message Format" and then attach
it to the email as you would any file.

Thanks again for your help!!

Vicki
