Attaching emails to new emails

How can I attach an email I have received to a new email? In the drop down "attach" menu there is no option to choose an email.

I should have worked at it a bit more before posting my question! Dragging the email to the desktop, then dragging into a new email is a way to do it.

Another approach is to drag the attachment from the original e-mail to the
Attachments field of the new one.

With the email selected, use "Forward as Attachment" under Message in the
Menu bar.

Thanks Diane, that is exactly the menu option I had hoped to find and failed to! I really should have been able to find that myself!
