Attaching file to Outlook Express email msg w/VBA?

I would like my Access 2002 app to be able to send an email message with an
attachment.

I know how to do this for Outlook, but some of my clients use OE, and don't
have Outlook.

Does anyone know of a way to use VBA to create an email for Outlook Express,
with an attachment?
