Attaching files save in xml of the formular

Hi,

when I change an attached file in a formular, it will be save
separately, e.g. an attached word-file. Only the original attached file
is saved in the xml of the formular. How can I implement that the
changed file (e.g. word-file) save in the xml-file.
Please help me.
