Attaching Files to E-mail Blasts

Can anyone help me with instructions, or point me to documentation on how
to attach a file (.doc, .xls, .pdf) to an e-mail blast using the Office Mail
Merge capabilities.

Mail Merge in Office does not allow for attachments. You would have to use
a third party program such as the ones listed here:
