attaching report as rtf

Is there a way to change this code so that the document does not go in
as a attachment but in the body of the email.

Currenty the person would have to use the forward button in order to
keep the document attached to the email. Most cases they would just
hit reply, but I need the document to stay attached. Thoughts?
