One of our users has come upon this situation and I have no idea what's going
on. Maybe one of you may have seen it before?
She is selecting attachments (a clean document and a redline document) from
a previous email sent to her from her assistant. She is copying them and
attaching them to a newly composed email to send to the client. When she
previews the attachments in the email she is sending, they appear fine.
After she clicks send, the "sent" result (she bcc'd herself) is instead that
the contents of both documents are identical - they are both the redline
document - but they retain their original names.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.
