Attachment at outlook appoinment

Good day to you. I had posted this 2 weeks+ to microsoft community newsgroup,
no one reply me. Can you help me on this? Thanks.
The problem is, when I first send out invitation for appoinments, there is
an attachment. Then subsequently when I update the appoinment - I deleted the
attachment. But when I send out the update invitation, the invitees'
attachment is still there. Both outlook mailbox are in the server.
If this a bugs, can you send me the link to to acticle about this?

I don't have the specific solution to your query but here's
workaround...

Cancel the original meeting request and sent a fresh appointment wit
the updated contents...:
