Attachment at outlook appointment

Good day to you. When I first send out invitation for appoinments, there is
an attachment. Then subsequently when I update the appoinment - I deleted the
attachment. But when I send out the update invitation, the invitees'
attachment is still there. Both outlook mailbox are in the server.
Thanks for your help.
