Attachment blocking

Please can someone tell me how remove what ever it is blocking some of my
attachments.

Are you talking about Outlook Express? If so, see the Microsoft Knowledge

if you want OE not to block attachments.

If you want to see attachments that have been blocked, I
believe you can open the e-mail then click the "Forward"
button and the attachment will appear in the message being
prepared for forwarding.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft ACCESS, a database application. Please post
to the OE newsgroup in the future.
