I am trying to develop a procedure for managing my email attachments that are
filling my mail server.
Each time I receive an email with an attachment I must save the attachment
somewhere, remove it, and then modify the subject line to include the name
and location of the removed attachments so I can reference it is needed at a
later date.
The system works, but is extremely inefficient and takes lots of time.
Does anyone know a way to automatically display the filename of a removed
attachment? If I can keep the exact name of the attachments in the email
(maybe header or footer) I can search my computer and network to locate the
file if needed.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks
