In my company, we have a public folder holding contact items. The information
is entered and viewed in a custom form. Everybody in the comany can see the
form just fine. When a contact from this folder is forwared, everybody can
open the attachment and see the custom form except for the CEO. She just sees
the normal contact form, which doesn't contain all of the info.
She is running the same version of Office as everybody else and has all of
the patches for Office XP.
In her email, the attachment shows up as a contact icon, where as everyone
else has a post icon.
I have deleted the form from her personal form library and reinstalled it by
going to the public folder and opening a contact.
Any ideas on what to try next?
Thanks for your time.
