attachment in form new message

When I create a new message in Outlook XP I have this
options:

TO:
CC:
CCO:
SUBJECT:

I would like to have the option "attachment" in the end
for attach new files, I don´t want click in the icon near
the send option. Is it possible include the option
attachment under the option SUBJECT?

TO:
CC:
CCO:
SUBJECT:
ATTACHMENT: - I want this option in the new message!!!!

I verified that when I "forward" a message with an file
attached the new form show me the option ATTACHMENT.

How can I include the attachment option when I create a
new mail message ?
