Attachment Issue

I am getting the following message on ALL attachments. "The server
application, source file, or item cannot be found...."

I am getting this on items that should not be blocked and are not listed in
either the Lvl 1 or Lvl 2 lists, such as a .doc file. If I force the file
type to be a level 2 item it makes no difference (SP3).

Doing a Repair, Reinstall All has had no effect.
