Attachment Issue

Brian Smith

When sending e-mails with attachments (whether separately or in the body of
the e-mail, some recipients do not receive the attachments. I have looked
through the settings of Outlook 2003 and can't seem to locate what the issue
might be (I am not an expert so any assistance that someone might be able to
provide me will be greatly appreciated.

If you send to multiple persons & one doesnt receive, that might tend to
suggest there's a problem at the recepients end

it sounds like its an RTF issue - you are sending using RTF message format
and the recipients with missing attachments don't use outlook so they don't
get the attachment. It could also be antivirus software removing it.

Make sure you're using either HTML or Plain Text format and not Rich Text
format.
