I was recently made aware that attachments appear in Outlook 2003 at the top
whereas in Outlook 2000 they appeared at the bottom of the message. The
format for both versions is HTML. Please note we are not talking about
attachments appearing in the message body which occurs with the Rich text
format. I'm referring to the location of the "attachment bar" in OL2003
versus OL2000.
Is there anyway to change the location of the attachments in an Email
message? Instead of appearing at the top of the message under subject, can
they be moved to the bottom of the message?
