attachment receiving issue...

hi, asking once more...

when a friend receives email from SOME yahoo accounts,
the attachments (MS WORD .doc files) are not received as attachments,
but are received as garbage in the email body...

Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003...
bellnet business email account...
sympatico high speed isp

any ideas ???
