Attachment setting

Hello all

I just had a call from an user who wants the following:

When she opens .doc (ms word files) that comes as attachments directly from the email by double clicking the attachment, Word displays the file in the "Reading Layout" view. She wants it to be displayed in the "Print Layout" by default and not in the "Reading Layout"

Can anyone help me with this? I have searched outlook and word settings but found nothing useful.
