I have a user that is trying to send a 13Mb file, but as soon as she
hits the open button to attach the file she gets an error message "The
attachement size exceeds the allowable limit." In System Manager on the
Exchange server, the limits were set to 10Mb for both sending and
receiving. Since this was going to be a one time mail, I went in and
increased both send/receive size to 20MB, but she still got the same
message. I then went in and set both for No Limit, but got the same
results as before. I also checked Active Directory Exchange General tab
and no limits were specified. After each of the times I made the size
limit changes I did a replication, in case that would make a
difference, but it didn't. She is not hitting the send button and
getting the message she is just trying to attach the message, so I'm
wondering if it is a setting in Outlook.
I have looked all over but have yet to find a solution. Any help would
be appreciated.
