Hi All,

I have a customer that has the following problem. When he
prints an e-mail with an attachement from within outlook
he want to show on the print out that an attachement had
been attached. I have turned outlook inside out but have
been unable to find an option where I can get this
configured for him. Does anybody know where to configure
this.

Thanks,

Risto

In Outlook 2000 the attachment is display as an "Icon" with a label in
Print preview, so the question is "What version is the customer using?"

Hi Bob,

Indeed a very important question and something I forgot
to mention: the customer is using Office XP.

Thanks,

Risto

I believe only messages in Plain Text format will show the attachment icon
or placeholder text in a printout.
