attachment warnings after service packs

Hell
I am running Office 2000 in my company, We have programs that email reports out to clients using Outlook 2000. Since service packing Office, users have to sit and press OK every single email they send to OK the attachment unsafe warning box
How can I get rid of this, Do i need to take Office back down to basic with no Service Pac
