Attachment won't Open

When trying to open or saving a Word Doc from Outlook I get a error that
states Can't create File: Request <doc-name.doc> Right-click the folder you
want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to
check your permissions for the folder.

What would be causing this problem?

Someone in our office is having the same problem. It's only one person and
it just started. When she forwards the emails to me I have no problem
opening the attachments but she get this message, although not with all her
emails.

How do we correct this? Thanks!

Nikki,

The way I resolved this was to delete the profile and it worked, so I'm not
sure what part of the profile isn't working. But if you delete the whole
profile and log back in as the user, he was able to open the attachment at
that point.
