Hi. My colleague sometimes does NOT receive attachments in emails sent to
her; I receive them without problem. These are .pdf documents.
When she receives the email (that should contain the .pdf), there is not
even an indication that there is/was an attachment.
Unfortunately, it does not always happen like this...sometimes she DOES
receive the attachment. So far, it is only from one sender that we are aware
of.
What might cause behavior like this, and what should we be looking at?
