Attachments as hyperlinks in Tasks but not in e-mails? (2003)

Hello,

We use Outlook 2003 in the office.

We regularly use the "Insert as hyperlink" option when attaching documents
to Tasks but the option does not appear to be available when sending simple
e-mails.

Is there some way of 'getting' that option for attachments in e-mails, or is
this an unavoidable limitation?
