Attachments Corrupt after 10.2 to 10.3 Upgrade

I have a user who has been using Outlook 2001 to connect to our
Exchange 5.5 Server.

I performed an upgrade from 10.2.8 to 10.3.2 last weekend, everything
seems fine but now anytime an email with attachments I get the yellow
'yeild' icon with the following message.

"Unable to successfully load all of the attached files and objects in
this message."

If I use OWA everything is fine, so this has something to do with
Outlook 2001 and Panther.

This is a Dual G4 1.25ghz w/ 1.25gb of Ram.

All thoughts are appreciated.
