Attachments-How to make non-forwardable/copy-able

Hey gang,
I know how to make a form, so that the email is not forwardable. But someone
told me that the attachment that I am trying to not get forwarded (say
addresses of employees) can be cut off of the email, and pasted on another
email, and then sent out.

Is there a way to 'embed' the attachment so it can only be viewed on the
email that is not forward-able?

All your e-mail is forwardable and editable. Doesn't matter what form
(template or stationery) you use. You have no control over your
e-mail once you send it - unless you are in a domain where a Rights
Management Server is employed to control how the recipient can manage
your e-mail (but then the recipient must be using OL2007). Besides,
if the user can see it, then can copy it (like with a screen capture
utility).
