Attachments in outgoing mail

The "insert file" command has suddenly stopped working for my outgoing email.
When I try to use it, the program hangs and I get a Program Not Responding
note. Has anyone had this problem? What happened? Everything was
hunky-dory until 2 days ago.

Asked and answered HUNDREDS of times in the last week or so. Google Groups
