Attachments in Outlook are in Chinese alphabet. How do I fix to

When I open attachments, they often come up with Chinese letters. How do I
fix this to read all in English?

The focus of this newsgroup is on Macros in Microsoft Access, the
database program. You will have a better chance of good help in an
Outlook newsgroup.
