Attachments in Task Creation

Hi all,

When I create or Edit a Task in Project Web Access, I find the
"attachments" section, where there is a link to the
risk,problem,documents sections onm the workspace. Why i cannot add
some items in the list in the attachments section. is it only a
Hyperlink to the document Workspace?
