attachments not sent

hi,

i'm having trouble sending attachements. half the time when i send an
attachement it seems to come up on the otherside as a text file or something
like that (i'm ususally sending jpgs) that the client cant open. sometimes
it works fine and other times it wont work. there seems to no pattern with
this. if i send it a second or third time it seems to work.


has anyone got any ideas?
