Hi
I've got a user who is trying to send an email with an excel file and a
Winzip file attached to it. When she browses for the files, she can see all
the word and excel files in the folder, but none of the winzip files appear,
and thus, she can't attach them
If she right clicks on the winzip file from a Windows Explorer window, and
then selects Send as..Attachment, then she can attach the file, and
furthermore, if she browses to attach another file, all the zip files in a
folder are visible. However, if she tries the same thing from a blank new
message, all zips are hidden
Can anyone help?
