A user is having problems with some attachments (XP, Office 2003), which has
only recently started over the past week.
Nothing has been changed on his system (including updates).
Every time he opens a HTML email with an attachment, sometimes the headers
(To, Cc, Bcc, Subject, etc) are all shown correctly apart from Attachments,
which isn't displayed, or sometimes the heading 'attachments' is but no file.
There are odd occasions that after closing and reopening the email the
attachments will be displayed as normal.
I'm unsure if the user has Office 2003 SP2 or SP3, so can't really determine
if it is a bug in SP3. Maybe he did install an update without knowing...
