Attachments window -- how can it stay open?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop

I like to drag and drop attachments into the attachments window on my Entourage 2008 messages, but by default it stays closed all the time. It's annoying having to click on the arrow to open each time I write an e-mail message with an attachment. How can I set this window to stay open all the time?

Can't find a solution in the help screens or on this forum. Other than that, Entourage IMHO is much better than Apple Mail. I've used both and prefer Entourage. Thanks!

Are you aware that you can drag a file onto just about any surface of
an email you're composing to attach it? The attachment tab will then open
itself.

You can also drag attachment to Dock icon and it will attach to an open
message or create a new message.
