Attachments with iNotes and Outlook with the connector for Domino

I'm having an issue with iNotes and Outlook with the connector for Domino.
When we send a message from Outlook with an attachment, then the attachment
is opened in iNotes, it's garbled. You can't read the attachment in iNotes
but you can in Outlook with the connector or the full Notes client. I
changed the formating on the Domino server to MIME with no luck. Has anyone
had this problem???
