I am using outlook 2003 and when I receive a video file as an attachment, the
video plays, but I don't get any sound or audio from the video, just the
video. What settings do I need to change to get the sound or audio working?

Just because you received the video by Outlook doesn't make it an Outlook
issue.

Either way;
-verify that your speakers are turned on
-verify that sound is enabled in your playback application
-verify that sound is enabled in Windows
-if still not working ask the sender what audio codec is required

I understand what needs to happen, but can't find out how to verify your
excellent suggestions. Where can I find instructions? I have done
everything I can think of.
