I am running 10.3.2 and Outlook 2001 (in classic mode) on
a PowerMac G4. When I try to open an attachement in
Outlook I receive the error "unable to find specified
application" I can drag the attachment to my desktop and
open it, or I can sometimes drag the attachment to the
Dock Icon of the application I want to open it.
I have already tried booting into OS 9.2.2 and changing
the file associations with File Exchange. I can open
attachements fine in 9.2.2. When I boot back into OS
10.3.2, I get the same error.
Is the classic enviroment in 10.3.2 not recognizing the
File Exchange settings for Classic apps?
I am only trying to open .tiffs in picture viewer.
Any help would be greatly appricated
