attachments

I am not able to make attachment in Outlook 2003. It opens the box to find
the file. When I select the file I want to attach. It freezes and stops
reponding

FWIW, from the Microsoft side a new Knowledge Base Article (KBA) was
released on Apr 15th.

The second set of instructions seemed to correct the problem thank you

now I cannot send mail even to myself. It gives me a (Recipient address
rejected: Access denied) error
