Recently switching email over to Outlook, I find that Word is the defualt
email editor and now I am unable to attach older versions of word and PDF
documents. I believe it may have to do with Word being the email eaditor, but
I don't see where in Outlook to chnage anything. Also, how do you change from
Rich text to normal text?

Thanks, DC

Version of Outlook?

what exactly happens when you try to attach the documents?

To change formats, go to tools, options, mail format tab. It should not be
on rich text (RTF).

What happens when you drag drop a Word/PDF file into a new mail?
