Attacment problems

At my company there is a public folder that holds contacts with a custom
form. All users can view this folder and the custom form just fine. When a
contact from this folder is forwared to a user all can see the custom form
fine except the CEO.
She sees it as a normal contact form. Her Outlook version is no different
from anybody else's and she is up to date with all patches for Office XP. I
see one difference in her email, the forwarded for shows up with the contact
icon and in everybody else's it is a post icon.
I have deleted the form from her personal form libraray and reinstalled it
by going to the public folder and opening a contact.
Any ideas about what I can try next?

Thanks for your time.

Your use of Public Folder implies that you are on an Exchange server.
You actually should have the form published to the Exchange Forms
Library, and no where else. Outlook always looks first to the Exchange
Form Library when it is looking for a form.

Next, is the CEO using a cached Outlook? That may be causing Outlook
to give up the search. Just don't ask me how. I always have to ask
the other Outlook experts when I have that kind of problem.
