attatchments

I am receiving an email from a co-worker, she works with
Mac, and each time I am not able to open an attachment
she is including from a Windows file.

My messeage board reads
(OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail:Bid sheet.doc)

Please let me know why I can't open the attached file.
