Attempt to Read Write Protected Memory

I just installed Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Update: InfoPath 2007
Beta Support on my VSTS 2005. Every time I select InfoPath Form Template as a
new Project for the first time after starting up VSTS 2005, I get "Microsoft
Visaul Studio. Attempt to Read or Wrte Protected System Memory. This is often
an indication that memory is corrupt." But every attempt after the first
attempt after starting VS 2005, works OK. What is this? Why does it not
generate a automatic bug report to you? How do I fix this?
