Attempting to use an incompatible version of visgrf.dll...

I have a machine with Visio 5c installed. I have installed Visio 2003.
Now I get an "Attempting to use an incompatible version of
visgrf.dll. Please re-install visgrf.dll" error upon start up.


Any ideas?
