Attendee availability in Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003
My client has an Exchange 2003 server and Outlook 2003, and Outlook 2000
clients. Users can share calendars fine. There is a function when you
select claendar in Outlook and create new meeting request where you can click
on "attendee availabilty". Then you can type in the attendee's name and it
comes up, underlines the username, and shows you their availability. On this
network for some reason this works on an Outlook 2000 machine but NOT on the
newer Outlook 2003. I've tested it a couple of some other machines to
verify. The user swears that she was doing it recently though on her Outlook
2003 machine. Any ideas?
