Attendee Availability option causing Outlook to close

After adding your invites, pressing the tab "Attendee
Availability", I get an error message:
Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error
log is being created.
Error log: The application, generated an application
error. The error occurred on xxxxxxx. The exception
generated was c0000005 at address 3A4612OA (<nosymbols>)

I am running Windows 2000 and have completed reinstalled
Office 2000 Pro and installed sp1, 2, 3. Still getting
the error messages.
