Attendee availability shows "No information"

Hi!
In a Win2K server with Office 2K the following occurs:
The permissions on the calendar are set as "reviewer" for the users in the
network in a manner, that every user can see the availability of other users
when setting a meeting.
From time to time some users are marked as "No Information" even though the
setting on their machine has not changed and they are logged in. Is to say
that I "see" them and some times I don't.
How do I make them constantly available?
Hope my explanation is clear....
Thanks in advance for any help,
Hector

Sounds like their free/busy information is corrupt. Start Outlook one time with the /cleanfreebusy switch and see if it helps. start->run->outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

Another thing to check for would be to see if the meeting is set
to "Private". This will show up as "I'm busy but No Information".
