Attendee Availability - unable to see now beyond 1 month out

Previously Outlook meeting planner had the ability to see all employees
calendars to view attendee availablity. Recently (past couple of months) the
screen shows " ////////////// " indicating calendar is unavailable for all
individuals beyond 1 month out.

Our tech support team has checked with some outside organizations & they are
experiencing the same issue. It does not seemed to be contained to just us.
Could this be from a MS upgrade that has affected everyone?

Are you sure the clients are publishing their free/busy data more than a
month in advance?
