Let me start off by saying we are running Outlook 2003 and Exchange 5.5 (we
haven't upgraded yet).
I have a weird question. When you open a new appointment and click on the
Scheduling tab and enter the people that you want to attend on the left side
of that window, some of the attendee's busy times show up and some show as No
Information (the hatching). This is on my computer. I had the same results
on another users PC that had Cached Mode turned on. I have it turned off.
We are domain admins.
This only happens on certain attendees. However, if I go to another user's
computer in a different department (they are not a domain admin) and type the
same person in, their busy time shows up.
Now, probably at least 30 minutes after all of this I just tried pulling up
those same users and I can see their busy time. Can anyone explain this
strange phenomenon? Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
Thanks in advance!
