When attempting to uninstall Office 03 I get the following error message:
"The patch package cannot be found. Veryify that the package exists".

You won't. Uninstall doesn't touch the PST files.

Thanks Patrick, now how can I be sure that my personal folders will be
preserved? I just uninstalled Office 07 but am afraid I am going to lose all
of those folders when I uninstall Office 03.

:
Try uninstalling 2007, then 2003, and then reinstalling 2003.
If 2007 won't go away, use

Patrick I am at a point that I need to have a working Outlook on my PC. Can
you take me step by step through the process of uninstalling Office 07 Beta,
and going back to Office 03, I have the disks. Will my personal folders that
I have had with Office 07 Beta still be there? How would I make a back up of
the personal folders. I have a lot of contacts, calendar and critical emails
that I cannot afford to lose.
I noticed when I went into control panel/add remove programs that Office 03
is still present in the list. What does that mean? Do I have to uninstall
the beta then unstall Office 03, then reinstall Office 03? Or can I just
uninstall 07, uninstall 03 then reinstall 07??
I am very desperate at this point!!!!!

I removed the plug in, ran repair on Office 97 and still have the same
problem. All of Office apps will launch except for Outlook which is the one
I am desperate to use. As was before when you helped me, I do have a non
functioning version of Office 03 installed which is what I have been using
until I installed the Beta. Wish I had not done that!!!!
Any other suggestions??

Sounds like that's the case. I'd say the add-in you downloaded was
released in November? With that date it is targeted at the final
release, not at any beta.
Worst case, removing the add-in and then repairing Office 2007 via
Control Panel, Change Office 2007 should work.

I don't think the Calendar Printing Assistant is compatible with that BETA
release of Outlook. See if Outlook loads succesfully again when you remove
it or start Outlook in Safe Mode;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

This question is directed to Patrick Schmid. I am once again having
problems
launching Outlook 07. I have been running the Office 07 Beta for many
months
and you assisted me in correcting the problem I was having, it was back in
early October.
Today I was interested in installing the Calendar Creator for Office 07
and
downloaded it from the MS website. Before I was able to install it, the
installation required me to download and install the Net.framework v3. I
did
that and now I am completely unable to launch Outlook. Here is what I
have
done:
I disabled the plugin from Norton antivirus, which is what you suggested I
do back in early October, which did enable me to use Outlook for the past
month and a half. I then ran the repair program for Office 07, and
rebooted
and attempted to launch Outlook and I get an installation error OLMAPI.DLL
error as I did in the past and still cannot launch Outlook. I am so
frustrated with this whole process and wish I had never installed the
B2TR.
I would appreciate any help and assistance from you.
Thanks in advance.
