Hi John -

You had answered a post to my question about how to
extract data in a field and put the data into it's own
field...you asked what version of Access I'm using and
it's 2002. Also, as for an example, the codes at the end
of the text description is something like EOE.123.123.

I don't know any programming so if you could explain how
to do this without having to write code, it would be
greatly appreciated!
