attribute types in Visio Pro, 2003

Is there any way to define new UML class attribute types, ie, for C++, such
as 'map', 'vector', 'string', etc.

Also, is there any way to remove the C-sharp and Visual Basic identifiers
from my copy of Visio, as I do not use these two languages. It burns me up
to have to scroll past 20 or 30 C# identifiers each and every time I want to
define a new attribute.

To the second question:

In Visio 2003 Pro:

UML Menu ---> Options ---> UML Document ----> Make selections

I found this just now as I was looking for another
hopefully-existent-functionality.
